Work with our design–build team to plan your renovation in detail. We take measurements of your actual space in the Greater Toronto Area and create custom layouts, 3D designs, and virtual walkthroughs so you can see your new kitchen, bathroom, basement, or commercial space before any construction begins. You’ll get an initial budget range at this stage so there are no surprises later.

Get Your Detailed Quote & Timeline
You’ll receive a clear written quote, project scope, and realistic timeline for your renovation. We confirm start availability, discuss materials and finish options, and explain any permit or inspection requirements for your city in the GTA. You’ll know cost, schedule, and next steps with no guesswork.

Finalize Plans, Permits & Materials
We finalize the approved design, fixtures, finishes, and layout. Our team handles drawings, permit submissions, and scheduling so the renovation is fully code-compliant in the Greater Toronto Area. You’ll review and sign off on the final plan, payment schedule, and start date before construction begins.
Our licensed and insured trades complete the renovation according to the approved design, timeline, and budget. We keep the job site clean, coordinate all trades, and handle inspections so the work passes code. We also communicate with you throughout so your family’s day-to-day routine is disrupted as little as possible.

Final Walkthrough & Handover
We complete a final walkthrough with you to review workmanship, finishes, and details. Any touch-ups are handled before we call the project done. You get a renovation delivered on the agreed budget and schedule, plus our warranty and ongoing support after completion.
